Join us at Silver Cloud for an intimate and unforgettable wine and mushroom luncheon celebrating the flavors of the season. Led by Guest Chef Kyle Kuklewski, this thoughtfully curated midday experience showcases wild and cultivated mushrooms from our region, paired with expressive Stone Edge Farm wines. Guests are invited to don their boots and explore the vineyard estate alongside Director of Hospitality Philippe Thibault, where we’ll forage, wander, and deepen our connection to the land. Along the way, we’ll discuss how mushrooms grow in the wild, their symbiotic relationship with local flora, and the essential role they play in the vineyard ecosystem. This relaxed yet refined luncheon blends culinary artistry, exceptional wines, and hands-on discovery—an invitation to slow down, explore, and savor the season at Silver Cloud.

Join us for a rare and immersive exploration of Stone Edge Farm Cabernet Sauvignon through the lens of time. This one-of-a-kind retrospective tasting offers the opportunity to experience carefully curated library vintages alongside our winemaker Alejandro Zimman and the Stone Edge Farm winemaking team. As we taste across multiple vintages, guests will gain insight into our philosophy of crafting wines built for longevity, and discover how vintage variation, climate, and cellar evolution shape each expression of Cabernet Sauvignon. The Collectors Cellar Series Spring Dinner at Enclos is an elegant evening celebrating seasonal cuisine and cellar-worthy wines. The experience features a thoughtfully crafted, spring-inspired menu by Chef Brian Limoges, expertly paired with Stone Edge Farm wines drawn from current releases and collector selections. The evening begins with a welcoming reception featuring champagne and passed canapés, followed by a seated, multi-course dinner in the dining room. Throughout the experience, Director of Hospitality Philippe Thibault will guide guests through each pairing, sharing insight into the winemaking philosophy, cellar selections, and the culinary inspirations behind the menu. Designed only for Collectors Cellar members, this intimate dinner offers a rare opportunity to experience Stone Edge Farm wines alongside seasonal cuisine in the refined setting of Enclos.

Join us for an intimate Winemaker Collaboration Dinner bringing together Stone Edge Farm and Three Sticks Wines for a special evening in Sonoma Valley.
The experience begins at the historic Three Sticks Adobe with a reception featuring wines from both estates alongside light bites from Chef Brian Limoges of Enclos. Guests will then enjoy a short stroll to Enclos, where Chef Brian will present a seasonal multi-course dinner thoughtfully paired with wines from both Stone Edge Farm and Three Sticks.

The atmosphere is convivial and welcoming, designed for conversation, discovery, and celebration. This annual event reflects our gratitude to the Collectors Cellar community and the shared passion that brings these wines to life.

Join us for an intimate evening of live music, Stone Edge Farm wines, and a taste of Enclos on the lawn at La Maison.
On Friday, October 9, singer-songwriter EJ Worland will take the stage for a special solo acoustic performance beneath the Sonoma evening sky. Known for his soulful sound and storytelling, EJ has performed at the New Orleans Jazz Festival and shared the stage with artists including Teddy Swims, Vulfpeck, Allen Stone, and Donavon Frankenreiter.
Settle in with a favorite blanket or low-back chair and enjoy a relaxed evening surrounded by the gardens of La Maison.

The experience features a thoughtfully composed autumn-inspired menu by Chef Brian Limoges, paired with a selection of Stone Edge Farm wines drawn from both current releases and special cellar selections.
The evening begins with a welcome reception featuring champagne and passed canapés, followed by a seated multi-course dinner in the dining room. Throughout the evening, Director of Hospitality Philippe Thibault will guide guests through each pairing, sharing insights into the wines, the evolution of our cellar selections, and the inspiration behind the menu. Reserved exclusively for Collectors Cellar members.

Italian cuisine has long been an important part of Chef Brian Limoges’ career, which is rooted in traditional technique, patience, and a respect for craft. In partnership with Modern Adventure, he will explore those foundations more deeply through a culinary journey to Emilia-Romagna, one of Italy’s most influential food regions.
The experience centers on participation: cooking together, visiting local producers, and spending time in markets and kitchens where ingredients guide the day. It’s an opportunity to better understand the traditions and techniques that continue to inform Chef Brian’s work today.
